I think we had a thread back when on favorite beers and such, but it's definitely time to talk brew again!

For those that have the luxury of purchasing beers from THE STONE BREWING CO. Escondido, San Diego County California--Stone Imperial Russian Stout is BACK!!! The last time I had Stone Imperial Russian Stout was the Summer of 2004, and just today I found that a fresh, limited Spring 2007 release, is available. I seriously consider this one of my all time favorite beers. It's 10.8% alcohol by volume, and full flavored in the extreme. Thick black as pitch beers like this are what REAL beer drinking is all about. Anyone else crazy about STONE (brewers of Arrogant Bastard Ale) like me? Got another crazy good beer we should keep an eye out for? Lets talk beer guys!

My favorite breweries are STONE (every beer they make kicks you in the fucking teeth and demands attention), ROUGE (the Oregon based brewery makes Dead Guy Ale, Shakespeare Stout, among others), SKA BREWING CO. from Durango Colorado (their Ten Pin Porter, and Milk Stout are incredible). For more commonly found beers I LOVE Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, Guiness Extra Stout, New Castle Brown Ale, Bass, and for Mexican brews I love Negra Modelo.

So what the hell do you guys drink? I know Arc claims that Canada produces some quality brews, but what are some specific favorites???

If you get a chance to try some STONE, don't hesitate, it's great fucking beer that kicks you in the teeth and says "TASTE ME BITCH!". Beautiful fucking beer man....

Actually some of what is considered the BEST beer in the world comes from Quebec Canada!

My favorite is Chambly Noire.

Wow that STONE RUSSIAN IMPERIAL STOUT was fucking great! How great? I completely forgot that I made this post after having a few! I was already well into bottle number one when I made that post (and these are 22oz bottles of 10.8% beer, so cut me some slack!), and after number two, chased with some Tennessee whiskey (Evan Williams, damn close to Jack Daniels for half the price) well you get the picture.

Im a big fan of Sam Adams in the winter and fall and Sapporo in spring and summer. Also, Corona when i'm on vacation.

But my favorite beer has to be Guinness. Probably because I am of Irish decent.

Sam Adams is great.

But Guiness... goo God, do I LOVE Guiness! And, no I ain't Irish! (I'm Italian/ Peruvian, if you care to know). I mean when i came back from my injury the first beer i had, after a month and a half of no real alchol, was Bud. And, that tasted nice. and, that was just plain old Bud. But, when i had Guiness a wk later.... WOW! Good God, i think i was in heaven!

Beer... truly one of the greatest gifts to the world! Beer
