Holy mother of god! This book is insane! Midnight Media are starting to scare me. Their books are simply amazing! If you love Tom Savini's works (and who doesn't!!) then YOU HAVE TO get this book! SAVINI The Wizard of Gore is the most complete book i have ever seen on him. The whole book is a great interview with the man himself as he talks about all the films he worked on, from DEATHDREAM to DERANGED to DAWN OF THE DEAD to FRIDAY THE 13TH to THE PROWLER to TWO EVIL EYES to KILLING ZOE and on! The book is filled with hundreds of colors and black&white pix, some are pretty rare. Each films have a sidebard description with all the informations you need to know about.

The book is nicely written, easy and fun to read. Savini sounds like a great guy! The layout is pretty simple but it fits perfectly. There's so many images that no fancy design had to be done here! Here's one of the pages of this amazing book:
